Job Type: Full-time Salary: Rs 60,000 - Rs 100,000 per month Qualification: MBA (Finance)

Relocation Eligible: Not Applicable Location:  Karachi.

Requirements:

  • Experience in hospitality Industry or fresh
  • Experience and expertise across multiple standard continuous data sources
  • Strong analytical skills to be able to synthesize and integrate learning and see the connections in data/trends/events etc. to generate insights.
  • Good communication and presentation skills to distil complex data and information into actionable insights
  • Good knowledge of Consumer Insights principles, especially equity tracking, innovation testing and Demand Spaces deployment
  • Strong influencing skills to set the business agenda with senior PEP and BSD stakeholders -
  • demonstrate track record in establishing analytic insights as a driver of growth and business success
  • Ability to combine data, judgment and experience to make effective decisions in complex situations, uncertainty or ambiguity
  • Actively seek and understand the input of others to gain broad alignment to ideas and effectively manages process to move teams towards a common goal
  • Some experience of Market Mix Modeling and in particular digital marketing effectiveness would be preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying, qualifying & securing business opportunities
  • Develop business and marketing operational plan
  • Mature / handle sales queries and monitor sales strategy- Maintain sales report and its follow up
  • Building business relationships with current and potential clients
  • Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts
  • Developing customized targeted sales strategies
  • Creating informative presentations; Presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows and conferences
  • Coordinating business generation activities
  • Responding to client requests for proposals
  • Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions
  • Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients
  • Maintaining short and long-term business development plans
  • Maintaining Excel Sheets / Google Sheets (Sales, Clients etc.) of prospective client information
  • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support
  • Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches or digital resources
  • Qualifying leads from digital campaigns, social media, conferences, references, workshops etc.
  • Meeting or exceeding annual sales goals- Meeting all quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments and interviews
  • Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration
