| Job Description: |
-
Pharm-D Degree candidates will we preferred.
- Ensure maintenance of receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations as per the warehouse policies and SOP of good warehouse keeping.
- Prepare record of all agreements regarding validation and calibration of Warehouse standards, equipment’s and certificates which includes fumigation, smoke detector, security system and etc.
- Ensure proper placing of products to avoid any kind of damage.
- Generating, updating and implementation of all SOPs of the Company.
- Responsible of conducting Warehouse Quality Audit to ensure the effective planning controlling and products hanging is done as per the Quality and Warehouse SOPs.
- Establishes priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives.
- Handles and resolves all quality problems occurring.
- Monitor the whole activity of product recall or product complaint as per written procedures.
- Encourage teamwork for the achievement of Quality goals of the Company.
- Coordinate with HR Manager for the training need assessment of the employees.
- Perform other duties as specifically assigned by the Management of the Company.
- Equipment of Emergency response process are available and in working condition.
- Ensures the hygienic condition of warehouse personnel.
- Responsible to keep all confidential matters secret and protect the interest of the company.
