| Job Description: |
- Open Letter of credit with parties according to agreed Performa invoice.
- Manage shipment schedule in cooperation with vendor and clearing agent, keep tracking of updated status of shipments.
- Arrange for funds availability for payment to import vendors timely.
- Arrange transporters for carrying goods to factory premises.
- Communicate and exchange documents with clearing agents for clearance of goods, provide additional information, if required.
- Reconcile records with clearing agents on shipment basis and resolve any discrepancies.
- Prepare import status report on daily basis.
