Marketing & Sales Manager

EXPERIENCE

Atleast 3-year experience required in Marketing & Sales role

Responsibilities

• Promoting the Company's Existing Product (eSchool Management System) to the market
• Handling walk-in clients and arrange visits with prospective clients
• Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients
• Identify client needs, clarify information and convince clients
• Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way
• Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports
• Implementing new sales plans and advertising
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
• Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities  

Requirements

• Atlest 3 Years experience in Marketing & Sales
• Experience in Sale of IT Software Product will be a BIG PLUS
• Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
• Excellent phone and verbal communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
• Ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
• Must have his own conveyance with him/her (Fuel Allowance will be Given Separately)
