About the Role:
As the Head of Digital Marketing, you will develop and manage a multi-channel marketing strategy that incorporates marketing automation, digital, social, and offline channels.
Managing the digital marketing & SEO team. you will deliver successful campaigns for lead generation, nurture, and conversion across a variety of channels for both company and the clients.
Main Responsibilities:
In this broad marketing role, you will own the marketing mix but with a strong focus on lead generation activities to drive customer acquisition and the sales funnel.
This will include the following areas:
Brand and Strategy:
Design and implemented digital marketing strategy.
Design multiple tech brands.
Campaign development and management.
Marketing Automation:
Digital and Social Media:
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
Measure ROI and KPIs.
Prepare and manage the digital marketing budget.
Work with the digital marketing team to develop and oversee the digital and social strategy.
Develop SEM and paid digital /Social campaigns.
Develop and establish a comprehensive marketing automation strategy
SEO strategy.
Content Strategy.
Manage paid marketing activities.
Measure and manage online content.
Track SEO and Google Analytics data can make a complex analysis.
Build an inbound marketing plan.
Anticipate sales performance trends.
Website management – WordPress, Hubspot
Brands Development and Enhancement:
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
Create new digital brands for the international & local market in local languages for company & client’s requirements.
Identify new digital channels and platforms.
Management:
Manage and train the rest of the team.
Manage the marketing budget to achieve customer acquisition targets.
Any other task assigns by the management.
Qualifications:
Key Requirements:
You will be an experienced marketing leader with excellent digital marketing skills and expertise around lead generation in digital and direct channels. You will require:
BCS/MBA in MIS/Marketing.
Excellent communication skills in English particularly drafting skills, able to identify good or bad content.
Must know about website designing & development.
5+ years of strategic marketing experience in B2B and B2B2C channels – inbound digital agency experiences desirable.
Excellent skills and experience in lead generation/demand generation marketing via direct and online channels
Strong digital marketing, and lead management skills.
Experience managing, coaching, and developing people and teams.
Strong digital marketing skills including website, campaigns, search, and social.
