Education:

• BBA/MBA in HR or Marketing
• 2-3 years of experience in HR, marketing and job placements
• Strong Interpersonal Communication and Networking Skills
• Must be a Strong and Confident Communicator
• Should be Computer Literate and able to use Tablets
• Self-starter and able to achieve monthly targets

Responsibilities:

Maintaining database and tracking of candidates

• Maintain database of Employers’ information and relevant documentation
• Identifying and registering Employers on Apna Rozgar portal via tablet or computer
• Compile job placement information of candidates and give timely updates on placement status of candidates
• Maintain database of outreach visits with employers/industries for placement
• visit to Universities and Companies for ARP

Job Search and Placement of Candidates

• Build linkages with employers/industries to identify jobs and register employers on Apna Rozgar Job Portal
• Search online job portals, offline and through personal visits to identify job opportunities
• Share job opportunities with field teams through WhatsApp/SMS, phone calls, and social media
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure paperwork is completed on time
• Help with initial screening of candidates
• Match screened and verified candidates to job vacancies (both domestic and industry)

Additional Duties

• Attend and participate in team meetings
• Perform other tasks as needed
• This is a fast-paced and target driven role in which you will be responsible for and expected to achieve specific results and agreed targets.
• The ideal candidate should be able to multi-task, be goal-driven, and work in a high-pressure environment
• This role is mainly field-based and will require travel to multiple communities and industries around Islamabad/Rawalpindi areas.
