| Job Description: |
- Monitor the online/in person trainings using prescribed monitoring tools and guidelines.
- Develop training monitoring reports based on the reporting standards, templates and requirements.
- Facilitate Master Trainers and training participants if required.
- Provide insights/comments for improvement of the training materials, methodologies and post training facilitation/follow-up.
- Any other task assigned related to online/inperson trainings.
