Qualifications

1.    Graduate from a reputed institute with degree related to marketing or business.

2.    Work experience of minimum 2 years in online sales, retail sales,call center, marketing, customer care etc

3.    Good communication skills and confidence for customer dealing.

4.    Strong grip over Urdu and English language.

5.    Based in Lahore and full time job.

6.    Capable of creating and managing e-commerce stores on Daraz and other online channels

7.    Preference to candidates with work experience in home appliances industry.

Description

1.    Formulate strategy to boost online sales through social media and online stores and achieve sales targets

2.    Handle and mature sales inquiries on calls, whatsapp, email, social media and online stores.

3.    Handle and maintain log of customer complaints.

4.    Build and maintain e commerce stores on multiple platforms like daraz etc

5.    Maintain the dashboard of website and make required changes. (Training will be provided)

6.    Design and execute E-commerce marketing campaigns.
