We are looking for talented and experienced Call Center Agents for our inbound/outbound US based Campaign. An ideal candidate must have good communications skills in English and the ability to carry out a conversation with a target-oriented approach.  (American or Neutral accent preferred )

• Prior experience of Inbound/Outbound Calls, with international based Call Center is MUST.
• Assist customers in acquiring the service  and follow up with them.
• Proficiency in English Speaking. ( American & Neutral Accent )
• Must be dependable and a team player.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Lead generation, rapport building, and closing skills with customer support.
• Flexible to work night shifts
