Qualification/Experience/Competencies Required:

• An advanced university degree (Master’s or higher) in Medicine and public health.


• (*A first University Degree in a relevant field combined with 2 additional years of professional experience may be accepted in lieu of an Advanced University Degree).


• A minimum of 15 years of professional experience in Developing Country working experience and/or familiarity with emergency is considered an asset.


• Working Experience in primary healthcare programmers/ projects with Government, Development partners and NGOs / INGOs and a good understanding of the existing health systems in Punjab both at provincial and district level is desirable especially in MNCH Projects.


• Previous experience of conducting Surveys and Assessments.


•  Excellent Report writing skills

Work Assignment & Deliverables

•  Literature review, Global and local best MNCH practices and PSBI implementation globally and in Pakistan.


•  Develop an Inception Report


• Work Plan


• Survey Methodology


• Timelines


• Meeting with Technical Group to get inputs from all stakeholders


• Development of Survey Tools and finalization of tools after presenting to technical team.


• Pretesting of Survey Tools


• Identify enumerators for data collection and develop survey collection plan, monitoring plan.


• Supervise the team in data collection


• Coordinate the activities of team members ensuring all relevant timelines are met.


• Working in coordination with data analyst guide and give inputs in data analysis


• Preparation of Draft report, prepare write up


• Present the draft Report to technical experts for inputs.


•  Incorporate inputs and share final version of report


• Share printable version of Report


• Prepare a research Paper on PSBI Implementation, hurdles, lesson learnt and way forward.


• Conduct Assessment of Kasur trained participants on the three days PSBI Orientation Sessions
