Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the daily operations of HR & D department, keep and maintain departmental record.
• Conduct all recruitment and selection activities, including CV database management, job advertisements, updating SIH job portal timely, documentation, and any other related activity.
• Review Employee file completely to ensure proper documentation has been done (including Resignation letter, Appraisal Letters and Appointment letter).
• Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational material.
• Handle, process, and maintain proper log of all departmental mail, memos, letters, reports, and other intra departmental correspondence
• Resolve queries on priority with coordination of other relevant departments as required.
• Assist with the process of appraisals, contract renewals, salary structure changes, divisional reports, divisional memos, and any other related queries. 
• Coordinate departmental meetings and communicate details to departmental staff.
• Discuss the cases with Sr. Manager HR along with personal files (if required).
• Guide, counsel and facilitate employees regarding company policy and procedures.
• Receive calls, provide timely feedback and resolve issues.
