| Job Description: |
- We are a Los Angeles-based software company MRJ SOFT with offshore offices in Lahore.
- And, we have our own in-house sales team.
- Our customers are all over the world and especially in the US.
- We have multiple openings for B2B Call Center Executives in our Sales Team in Lahore.
- Inbound/Outbound Call Center Agent
Responsibilities
- Perform outbound prospecting calls to identify and create sales opportunities
- Call companies in the US, UK, and Europe
- Schedule technical talk or demo appointments for sales engineers
- Follow up with leads via phone and email until they become active
- Work under the supervision of senior sales execs to close the deals
- Keep the accurate record in the CRM of all relevant activities
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written English language skills
- Excellent relationship-building skills on the phone
- Prior experience in phone-based sales is required
- Females are also welcome (we have a female-friendly office)
