This job requires an engineer that possesses the passion, energy and personality to create and present technical aspects of our products in a way that attracts, engages and educates the layman audience over various channels.

Technical Marketing:

• Research and Develop video content, social media posts for our brand/company pages for surveillance products and solutions in liaison with Technical and Sales teams.
• Participate and manage production of technical and product sales animations and/or product review videos.
• Manage social media campaigns in liaison with our in-house staff and third-party marketing partner(s).
• Schedule and plan special days and seasonal graphics and videos
• Write catchy lines and product intros and overviews for surveillance and communication products
• Create newsletters and EDM content.
• Create and maintain an email address database from Contacts, Customers, Email Queries and Event/Expo participants for EDM.

Sales and Customer Relationship:

• Handling inward sales queries in liaison with Sales and Technical staff, promoting sales of products and services to new/existing accounts.
• The successful candidate will handle sales of products and/or services and will have strong interpersonal, negotiation and closing skills as well as the ability to work on their own initiative.
• Manage product publication on e-commerce sites/portals that includes re-writing product copies and selecting right products to appear under related products.
• Create a monthly price review report for e-commerce products with competitor analysis.
• Publish new and remove obsolete products on company run website(s).

Outlet and Signage:

• Plan wall graphics and products on display on outlets in Liaison with Technical and Sales teams.
• Supervise and maintain a uniformity in Retailer outlet branding/signage.
• Design, Plan and schedule marketing videos and infographics on display screens at outlets.
• Participate in demo products planning and presentation with technical team

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and/or business administration (marketing) or visual communications from a reputed university.
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to understand and connect with the intended audience.
