Personnel Reserve currently looking for a Researcher capable of following instructions and completing distinct prospect research projects within a set timeframe.

This person must have experience with databases, following methodologies, synthesizing information, and utilizing organic search platforms. Ideally, this person will also be a strong writer with an aptitude for “connecting the dots” and solving problems independently.

The right candidate will be highly organized, professional, and proactive.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Identifying contact information

• Utilizing subscription databases

• Creating pipelines based on specific criteria

• Varying online research assignments

• Synthesizing data and information

Requirements

• Proficiency with Outlook, Microsoft Office, Slack and Asana, with an understanding of Excel’s basic formulaic functions

• Must be able to execute a research methodology

• Must be able to present-client ready products without grammatical errors

• Detail-oriented, self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently

• Ability to prioritize and multitask a must

• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
