Job Description: |
Leverify, a leading electronics wholesale distributor company, is looking for a professional in their Amazon Accounts (Reimbursements) domain. An ideal candidate must have experience of working on managing shipments received by Amazon. The professional is expected to be involved in Amazon Account Management or Reimbursements related to customer oriented role.
Job Description
- Identify discrepant shipments, file tickets and follow up
- Track and record shipments received by Amazon
- Collect documents to pursue reimbursements
- Use Amazon Seller Central, email and phone calls to launch tickets
- Interface with Procurement, Logistics, and Business Intelligence teams to ensure proper follow up is being taken for rapid issue resolution
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Management, Finance or Supply Chain
- 1-2 years experience in a Reimbursements/Collections related or customer-oriented role (Amazon Account Management experience is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- High level of attention to detail.
- Candidates must be willing to learn new concepts.
- Microsoft Excel and Outlook proficiency.
- Good communication skills and excellent professional ethics.
