| Job Description: |
Senior Manager Facility Management will be responsible for managing the society, landscape, golf, and general utilities at Eighteen.
He/ She will be overseeing the contractors, providing site support, Co-ordinating routine maintenance, and repair, managing waste, budgeting, and estimating costs and designing the facilities layouts.
Job Requirements:
We are looking for an individual 10-15 years of experience in the relevant field, preferably with a master’s degree and a background in Engineering along with experience in Project Management and a sound knowledge of relevant Laws and regulations, the individual must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, be able to multitask, solve problems, and be highly organized. |
