Job Description:

Close Coordination with District health department (DHO) and DC Office, Medical superintendents of DHQ and THQs regarding smooth implementation of Benazir Nashonuma Project activities throughout district territory.

Coordination with Field coordinator (WFP) and do joint monitoring visits at FCs and at community level (as per need).

Act as District focal person for Benazir Nashonuma Project in district and lead to establish strong working environment at all FCs and act coordination hub between all (04) Benazir Nashonuma Facilitation centres.

Hold Coordination and orientation meetings/session with Sindh LHW programme, Nutrition stakeholders, Key stakeholders in District and visit local community organization regarding promotion of Benazir Nashonuma Project activities and ensure referral system

Participate in monthly review meeting of Lady Health supervisors at district level and ensure strong active beneficiary referral mechanism

Preparation of detail Project Implementation Plan (defining all activities, tasks and sub-tasks and responsible persons/teams).

The DPM will supervise the process of fact collection and documentation of information regarding any system error, mismanagement and complaint (if any). He will be ensuring corrective measures with staff are shared with concern team after detailed discussion with Shifa Foundation /WFP team

Keep the close liaison with BISP local team

Communication and coordination with the Project Management Unit (GM, PPM, MM).

Knowledge of the project targets, key performance indicators including both input and outcome based with specific timelines.

Facilitate to Shifa Foundation Finance team in Preparation of Project Financial Plan (according to the PIP and then internal cost plan) with support of finance team.

Close coordination with all concerns GMs and the program teams assigned on project related tasks.

Continuous oversight on all project activities and task on daily basis.

Monitor and supervise social mobilization team and social mobilization activities at field. The DPM will lead Benazir Nashonuma activities in district and will provide immediate support to FC and Mobilization team as and when requested

Ensure communication channels are strongly followed and any irrelevant/unverified message is not delivered at all platforms

Preparation of weekly update and monthly update for quick assessment of performance.

Participate in District Coordination committee for Nutrition (DCCN) other health related forum at district level.

Developing, supervising and implementing SOPs for process improvement and enhanced management of different projects.

Ensure Benazir Nashonuma facilitation centres are up to date and updated record is available all the time. The DPM will make sure professional setup and beneficiary friendly environment at FCs everyday throughout project duration

Achieve the targets timely.

Must have computer and report writing skills

excellent interpersonal, communication and supervisory skills

ability to manage time efficiently and priorities tasks effectively

resilience and ability to cope up with work pressure and meet stringent deadline

Ability to travel on short notices.

Any other Task Assign by Immediate Supervisor.
