Job Description: |
Description of Job Duties
- Lead the IT Project Management team for systems implementation and integration
- Business process and operations understanding to translate needs into concepts and technical solutions
- Attend and lead strategic meetings with key stakeholders to define, clarify or realign on projects’ scope and priorities
- Oversee requirements creation, development, and validation in line with business needs and strategies
- Identify, clarify, and resolve conflicting requests with key stakeholders
- Monitor projects and work with Project Managers to plan and ensure timely and high-quality project delivery
- Identify and interrelate data dependencies across systems to ensure integrity
- Coordinate interdepartmental efforts for requirements definition and projects completion
- Design quality assurance processes to validate implementations against business needs and requirements while ensuring data and IT solutions quality and integrity
- Coordinate and create workflows and documentation for team processes and projects
- Develop strategies and lead processes for Project, Documentation and User Management/Support
- Coordinate prompt incident management to ensure business continuity
- Lead and develop high-level workflows, technical design documents and user guides
- Deliver timely reports or information requests
- Propose and generate technological solutions that adapt to the stakeholders needs, identifying improvement opportunities focused on the systems and operations optimization
Skills & Requirements
- Experience: 4 to 5 years.
- Extensive ability to coordinate diverse, complex, and interrelated technological projects sharing resources
- Demonstrable experience with project/requirements management for IT solutions
- Balance between analytical and adaptative approaches under changing situations
- Advanced knowledge on process design and modelling is highly desirable
- Excellent organization and presentation skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work independently and make decisions
- Proactive, dependable and a team-worker
- Solid communication skills with both technical and business audiences
- Proven experience with advanced data and process analysis
- Experience with G-Suite and Microsoft Office environments
- Experience with CRM, finance or Real Estate systems/technologies are a big plus
- Highly articulate with an excellent command of both oral and written Business English
