The ideal candidate must have a solid understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices, a proven track record of creating content that drives engagement, and a strong knowledge of paid social media marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a social media content strategy that aligns with the brand's voice and goals
• Create engaging and effective social media content, including copy, graphics, videos, and other multimedia formats
• Conduct research on industry-related topics and trends to develop relevant and timely content
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other team members to create content that drives engagement and supports overall marketing goals
• Monitor and analyze the performance of social media content, adjusting strategies and tactics as needed to optimize results
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve content quality and effectiveness

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or a related field
• Proven experience as a social media content writer or similar role
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a solid understanding of social media copywriting best practices
• Knowledge of paid social media marketing and experience executing campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
