Responsibilities:
- Recruiting IT talent in a fast paced environment
- Develop recruiting strategies designed to quickly identify qualified candidates
- Evaluate candidates strengths by evaluating, screening and interviewing candidates for potential open opportunities
- Expert in negotiating rates/salary
- Sourcing candidates through various internet job-boards
- Communicate effectively with others in order to create a productive team environment
- Communicate with peers by sharing best practices
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree preferred, however, we will consider work experience
- Minimum of 3 years of successful recruiting experience with a proven track record of setting, achieving and exceeding assigned goals
- Experience in staffing or contingent workforce augmentation, direct-hire placement
- Self-motivation, discipline, competitive nature, individual with A type personality
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Thrive in a fast paced environment
- Good judgment and discretion to accomplish assigned goals and work requirements
