The ideal candidate should:

- Be specialized in the area of ERP
Job Description
- Responsible for operations of ERP systems, management, maintenance, and continuity of services.
- In depth understanding and hands on experience of Oracle Supply Chain Modules (GL, AP, CM, FA), Oracle Financials Modules (PO, INV), Oracle EBS R12, HRMS, Document/Content management systems & Business Process management systems/portals.
- Develop, implement and maintain department policies and standards designed to maximize effectiveness and minimize costs related to the acquisition, implementation and operation of ERP systems.
- Partner with internal/external clients to ensure a high degree of system functionality and availability.
- Formulate and manage plans for data security, retention, recovery, monitoring, and response within the ERP environment.
- Collaborate with the Senior Applications Administrator and Senior Systems Administrator to produce and maintain comprehensive documentation, including dependencies, system inventory, troubleshooting, and daily operations documentation.
- Negotiate and supervise contracted vendor support services.
- Stay abreast of technological advances and continuously research better ways to accomplish tasks, integrate new technologies, and secure the ERP environment.
- Proactively update skill set in support of technology integration and design.
- Maintain a constructive, team-oriented and customer-focused attitude at all times and in all settings.
- Participate in inter-departmental cross training collaborations.
- Strong process management / reengineering knowledge.
- Responsible for successful delivery of Oracle ERP technology / process deliverable, specifically around Oracle's E-Business Suite (EBS).
- Liaise with Finance/HR & other departments to determine requirements for functionality and processes play an active role in negotiating solution and resolution of conflicts.
- Develops and maintains an excellent working relationship with other organizations, ensuring the organization is well received and presented professionally and positively.
