Job Description:

Deals in Client handling, sales, marketing and frond desk activities to convince clients, guide them according to the SOPs of the company. Ensure best level of customer services. Provide customer service support to the organization by obtaining, analyzing and verifying the accuracy of order/booking information in a timely manner. Initiate corrective action as needed in order to ensure that an excellent standard of service and a high level of customer delight are maintained. Prepare customer service summary reports etc.

Job Responsibility:

-The applicant should be able to generate sales and achieve targets.

- Maintaining profitable business relationships, Identify market opportunities and develop/maintain sales lead in their allocated area.

- Identify potential new clients, segments and business opportunities that are in line with the company business strategy.

-Prepare files of sales record.

- Continuous contact with regular clients of the company. Look after, Manage and Responsible for all assigned sales activities of the project.
