JOB SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
The Candidate shall be responsible for:
- Providing secretarial and administrative services to CEO.
- Providing correspondence services and drafting replies where appropriate to ensure that all mails are dealt efficiently.
- Observing confidentiality in procedures and documentation.
- Providing time management/diary services to the CEO.
- Making travel arrangements including booking itineraries and venues.
- Communicating CEO's instruction to various individuals and furnish & obtain information for other managers.
- Receiving and screening telephone calls,e-mails and visitors , and answer routine questions and furnish information as necessary to ensure availability of data and efficiency of services.
- Preparing routine letters, reports, memorandums for CEO's signature.
COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:- The candidate must possess excellent interpersonal skills ; excellent spoken and written English in order to write routine reports and do correspondence.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
- Prioritize and plan work activities,use time efficiently , organizes and schedule meetings.
- The candidate must be punctual , consistent and dedicated towards work.
- The potential candidate must have a good command on MS office.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- To perform this job efficiently the candidate must have Bachelors' degree from a reputable University.
- Prior work experience in the same capacity shall be preferred.
