Job Description:

Job Objective:

To assist the Team Lead with basic planning and optimization activities for Coverage & Capacity Design/Redesign (Radio Part) & optimization, in the Network (North region).

Job Responsibilities:

Initial Profiling Surveys for Clutter Verification

Technical Site Surveys for Macro, Micro, COW, Repeater & IBS Sites

Generation and checking of documents related to Site Design and Implementation Process of Macro, Micro and IBS Sites

Attend to Customer Complaints and Coverage/Capacity Issues by field testing, planning Tool analysis, and statistical analysis and to provide solution based on these inputs.

To fill in the RF related information in FAB Forms/FDD/CDD.

To compile network performance & traffic stats for Analysis, with due recommendations for improvements/new solutions, where applicable.

Perform regular drive tests with a view to analyze network performance, and give due recommendations for improvements

Liaise with outsource partner, Ericsson Managed Services, managing them to deliver based on contractual agreements.

Assisting RM RNP&O in routine tasks.

Key Performance Indicators:

Ability to do initial Profiling surveys and correctly observe & mark the clutter profile/traffic situation for new Cities & Roads.

To master the Technical Site Survey procedures / documentations, take in field decisions for site/candidate selection while meeting all RF related criterion.

Monitoring of basic performance indicator of the network elements and give basic design/redesign recommendations for improvement in Network.

Perform drive testing, identify and give recommendations to troubleshoot issues.

Skillset Required:

Familiarity with MS Office, Good Knowledge of Telecom, Understanding of RF Principles and overview of basic GSM/LTE architecture.
