- Experience of developing and continuously improving consumer electronics devices i.e. solar devices, charge controllers, inverters, and other consumer level power devices

- Perform continuous Research & Development and produce innovative product technologies focusing on the end customer needs in the field of renewable energy

- Has strong Electrical Engineering skills in software development, embedded systems, hardware circuitry design and development, troubleshooting electronic devices and quality/protection control

- Ability to perform under pressure and meet tough deadlines producing results at a very fast pace

- Strong interpersonal skills including teamwork, communication, time management and planning
