Job Summary:
The primary objective of this position is to recruit candidates for Companies within Pakistan.
Principal Duties:
- Head Hunting relevant profiles
- Identifying, Attracting & placing the right candidate for the right job
- CV review and shortlisting candidates
- Scheduling & Conducting Interviews with the Shortlisted candidates as provided and update manager on daily basis.
- Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of Social Media and websites like Rozee, Indeed, LinkedIn etc.
- Maintaining good relations with clients & candidates.
Knowledge & Experience:
- 3 - 6 months of internship experience in HR.
- Must have great communication skills in English
- Must be very presentable, confident and must be able to take ownership of responsibilities.
