Responsible for maintaining harmonious & cordial industrial relations in the organization
Monitoring of legal requirements under Factories Act, Industrial Relations & Labor departments besides keeping all such record in an efficient and effective way
Recruitment & induction of all workers in the plant
Completion of all labor / worker related record management as well as to manage the social compliance factors
To conduct orientation and on-job training of newly joined workers with respect to various policies and procedures and to guide on the subject of employee welfare related to EOBI, SOCIAL SECURITY, MARRIAGE GRANT, SCHOLARSHIPS, LOANS, PARTIAL / PERMANENT DISABILITY GRANTS etc
Manage all external/ internal audits related to direct and indirect employees of Roshan under PESSI, EOBI, Social Compliance etc
Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
