Job Description: |
We are looking for a potential, well-mannered, presentable, experienced candidate to join as "Front Desk Officer". She must be fluent in English and must have good communication skills. Main responsibilities include;
- Manage incoming/outgoing Calls
- Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests and offering them a beverage, answering phones, handling company inquiries, and sorting and distributing mail
- Answer inquiries about company.
- Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable.
