| Job Description: |
- Experience with configuration on Routers, Manageable Switches, MicroTik Devices, UMT Devices
- Monitor network performance (availability, utilization, throughput, and latency) and test for weaknesses
- Install, support, and maintain all network servers and devices.
- Network maintenance, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
- Remote configuration
- VPN/VPS Configuration
- Maintain and support users’ desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Maintain system backup and procedures.
- Monitor usage and network traffic.
- Maintain access control lists and security protocols.
- Create, update, and maintain all network related documentation.
- Responsible for all technical inventory.
- Able to create hotspot for internet sharing
- Basic knowledge of SQL Server Management is mandatory.
- Participation in a large scale ERP project is a bonus.
