| Job Description: |
- New Market & Channel Development (Corporate & Government Sectors, Commercial Projects & Business Associate Network) for EBARA absorption chillers.
- Conduct site and industry surveys.
- Oversee all aspects of HVAC projects,manage change orders, create RFI's, write proposals, and general correspondence.
- Coordinate with Ebara.
- Achieve targets for new business through sales visits with key contacts.
- Follow up on sales enquiries, sales prospects while generating new leads.
- Liaise and maintain good relationship with network, clients, architects,consultants, contractor and end-user.
- Establish and follow a sales routine to visit consultants, stakeholders and end users on a monthly basis.
- Oversee and ensure HVAC Projects meet budget and schedule timeline in accordance to the scope of work.
