| Job Description: |
To maintain and manage Payroll function of organization and contribution in line with company objectives.
- Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently
- Collecting, calculating, and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information.
- Include new joiners and Exclude Resigned staff.
- Calculate and Deduct Income Tax as per Income Tax Slabs.
- Compiling summaries of taxes, deductions.
- Resolving payroll discrepancies
- Maintaining payroll operations by following HR policies and procedures.
- Check and calculate overtime as per policy
- Check and prepare late coming deductions as per policy.
- Prepare complete Payroll Sheet Employee Wise & Department Wise as per requirements.
- Prepare Bank & Cash Letter for disbursement
- Co-ordinate with relevant person for KPI Incentives data
- Calculate KPI Incentives as per Policy of sales, operations & management staff.
- Prepare details region wise
- Prepare Bank letter for Disbursement
- Meeting deadlines for processing of the incentives of the different departments.
