Responsibilities:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent retail sale services.
- Conduct market surveys and customer research, collect competitor’s data.
- Implement sales plan as directed by the Management.
- Must have the ability to capture the retail market with the interpersonal skills.
- Must be a team player and work as a team.
- Ascertain market and customers’ needs and wants.
- Keep up to date with product information.
- Accurately describe product features and benefits.
- Regular sales report to be maintained and shared with management.
Requirements:
01- Basic understanding of retail sales principles and customer service practices.
02- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
03- Highly proficient in English and local language also have solid communication skills and Interpersonal skills.
04- Highly motivated and target oriented.
05- Adaptable to frequent business trips.
06- Must be a graduate atleast. |
