Job Description: |
We are looking for an HR Intern to perform various administrative tasks and to support daily activities of our HR department.
Job Description
- Duty and responsibility of HR Intern is:
- Preparing HR-related reports as needed
- Addressing employee queries about benefits
- Participating in organizing company events and career days
- Responsible for maintaining satisfied clients by delivering assistance and administrative support to HR generalists and consultants on various projects
- Openly share new ideas and information with other team members
- Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills
- Assisting the Human Resources Department in day-to-day operations
- Handling all office administration duties such as faxes, mail, phones, photocopying and office supplies
- Scheduling and arranging appointments as required
- Responsible for making meeting and travel arrangements
- Handling client requests through responsiveness, follow-up and escalation
- Conducting inductions of new staff
- Participating in the collection of market salary information for the annual review
