QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Computer Engineering recognized by PEC/HEC

                                         OR

• Master Degree in Computer Science /Engineering /IT/Management recognized by PEC/HEC

EXPERIENCE:

• Min 5 years post qualification experience in middle management of startup policies, regulatory frameworks, E-Commerce, strategic planning and implementation, process improvement, metrics reporting, SDLC and consultation. 


• Experience of initiation and implementation of projects based on software applications and digital platforms (e-commerce, e-health, e-education etc.) for digital inclusion. 


• Leading teams in planning, design, launch and adoption of such digital platforms.  


• Understanding of the digital landscape of Pakistan


• Research, reports, white papers and academic/research papers will be considered an advantage.  

JOB DESCRIPTION;

• Planning, designing and implementation of digital inclusion projects.


• Compliance with regulatory authorities and autonomous bodies


• Initiating technology-based projects with consultation with various stakeholders


• Lead a team for successful project initiation and implementation work


• Report writing and presentation 

The company offers competitive remuneration package. Above appointment will be on contract basis for three years. Contract is extendable by mutual consent, based on performance till the age of 60 years.
