·       Assist the Branch Manager for managing MOJAZ Support Program interventions such as Social Mobilization and Credit etc,

·        Assist the Branch Manager in fostering village level community groups and enabling them to plan, manage and monitoring there development projects, Credit etc.,

·         Facilitating the community activist in record keeping,

·         Potential client identification / screening

·         Documentation at  office and Field level

·         Disbursement recovery and portfolio management

·         Community /group organization /group formation

·         Conduct regular community meetings

·         Transparent field work and reporting

·         Verification of Documentation with Branch Manager

·         Any other duty/task assigned by the Supervisor.
