| Job Description: |
- Managing and configuring Microsoft Domain controller, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP (2008/2012/2016)
- Managing and configuring Microsoft Exchange Servers in a hybrid environment (2010/2016/ Office 365)
- Managing and configuring virtual infrastructure using HyperV, V-Center and VMware ESXI servers.
- Proactively tunes all aspects of the core infrastructure to minimize performance issues.
- Monitor network infrastructure i.e. connectivity, redundancy, network quality & voice quality.
- Providing specialist skills in support and troubleshooting network problems and emergencies.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments in a constantly changing and growing environment.
- Responsible for performing a key role in business continuity. Manage and test high availability and disaster recovery / failover plans.
- Planning, analyzing, improving, and maintaining the design and architecture of existing Infrastructure.
- Working knowledge of secutity updates and patch management of servers and client OS.
- Lead, coordinate and participate in the implementation of changes, enhancements and upgrades to core infrastructure.
- Maintaining Voice infrastructure based on Asterisk / Elastix.
- Excellent skill on managing UTMs /Firewall
- Perform and monitor backup jobs, execute restore jobs, troubleshoot failed jobs, and initiate corrective action.
- Manage Service Level Agreements with the vendors.
Valid certifications in below areas will be plus;
Microsoft (MCSE, MCSA)
VMware (VCP)
Cisco (CCNA ,CCNP) |
