Position: Project Manager

• Location: KPK / Balochistan (Zhob)
• Reports to: General Manager

Job Requirements

• Lead, plan, and manage the execution of construction project from initiation to completion.
• Ability to chalk out plans and catchup planning for project timelines with resource management skills and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Ensure compliance with contract specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers for timely progress.
• Monitor project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Review and approve project documentation including drawings, BOQs, and reports
• Manage contract variations, claims, and change orders.
• Supervise and mentor project team members to achieve project objectives.
• Ensure timely preparation and submission of progress reports to management and stakeholders.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline / DAE Civil
• Experience: Minimum 10–15 years of relevant experience (Minimum 10 Years for BE Civil Background and 15 years for DAE Civil Background in road projects, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in project management tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, etc.).
• Strong understanding of FIDIC or other international contract conditions.

Knowledge:

• Expertise in cost control, scheduling, quality management, and safety standards.
• Comprehensive understanding of construction methods and resource planning.

Other: Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and travel to remote project sites as needed.
