| Job Description: |
- Oversee the daily operations of the beverage production lines.
- Ensure that the production targets are met with economical runs (minimum c/o, CIPs)
- Monitor inventory and raw materials to ensure continuous production flow.
- Ensure production meets all product quality standards and company specifications.
- Implement corrective actions when production issues arise.
- Ensure staff training to achieve all KPIs (RM yields, MOH, GMP, efficiency)
