Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Manage and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Provide product and service information, including packaging options, printing specifications, and pricing.
• Actively engage in sales by identifying customer needs, upselling services, and generating new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and sales activities.
Qualifcations:
• Proven sales experience in the printing and packaging industry is a must.
• Complete knowledge of printing and packaging products, materials, and processes is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with order management systems.
• Problem-solving skills with a customer-first attitude.
• High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
