We are looking for a skilled Internal Audit Manager to lead and enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the audit function.
Key Responsibilities
Audit Planning & Oversight:
- Develop and execute the annual internal audit plan covering all departments.
- Supervise audits of key financial processes, including:
- Accounts Receivable and Payable.
- Payroll and Expense Management.
- Inventory and Cashflow.
Risk Assessment & Control Management:
- Identify risks in financial and operational processes and recommend corrective actions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies.
Audit Reporting:
- Prepare detailed audit reports summarizing findings, risks, and recommendations.
- Present findings to senior management and collaborate with departments for timely resolution.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, trained, and mentored the Internal Audit Team.
- Ensure timely execution of audits while maintaining quality standards.
Process Improvement:
- Work with department heads to identify areas of improvement in workflows.
- Collaborate on implementing recommendations for enhanced efficiency and compliance.
