We\'re searching for a POD Finisher Designer to take AI-generated artwork and turn it into revenue-ready products. You\'ll be finalising art into print-ready files, mapping products in Gelato, building conversion-optimised product pages in Shopify, and tagging drops into Klaviyo flows. You\'ll work directly with the founder and a lean, high-performing team, so you\'ll learn fast, ship often and see the impact of your work immediately.

Responsibilities:

• Finalise and set up and manage print-ready files using Photoshop/Photopea (300 DPI, sRGB, transparent or white background, bleed as needed)

• Create mock-ups (clean and lifestyle) and consistent naming

• Map products in Gelato and perform preview checks and test orders across standard POD sizes (e.g., 4500×5400 for tees) and stickers (2×2, 3×3, etc.)

• Build Shopify products with variants, pricing, SEO, tags and metafields

• Link Gelato print-on-demand automation into Shopify product pages

• Tag new drops into Klaviyo flows and segments

• Collaborate with AI prompt engineers to turn ideas into finished products quickly

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Photoshop/Photopea, Shopify admin and print-on-demand workflows (Gelato preferred)

• Fluent English communication and 8h/day availability with some overlap to US Eastern time

• Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced, creative environment

Nice to have:

• Canva, Midjourney or DALL·E prompt skills and basic Liquid or HTML/CSS

Compensation:

• PKR 145,000–220,000/month (approx. USD $200$300) plus performance bonus
