We are seeking motivated and target-driven Collection Officers to join our in-house recovery team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring timely recoveries, and maintaining professional relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Debt Collection

• Call customers for payment follow-ups and reminders.
• Contact borrowers via phone, SMS, email, or WhatsApp to remind them of overdue payments.
• Negotiate repayment schedules or settlements within company policies.
• Follow up consistently until payment is received or the account is resolved.

2. Account Management

• Maintain accurate records and update remarks in the system.

• Update customer data and account status in the loan management system.

• Prepare daily and weekly collection reports for management.

• Ensure data accuracy while updating customer payment details.

• Must be proficient in MS Excel and have good computer skills

3. Customer Service

• Handle customer communication professionally through WhatsApp, phone calls, and email correspondence.
• Provide clear information to customers regarding their loan accounts and dues.
• Coordinate with team members to resolve queries or issues.
• Promote repayment discipline while preserving customer relationships.

4. Compliance & Ethics

• Follow company policies and legal regulations for debt collection.
• Maintain the confidentiality of customer and company information.
• Identify defaulters and escalate cases when required.
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance collection efficiency.
