Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Residence Facilities Manager to oversee the full operations of a luxury residential property designed with a five-star hotel concept. This is a senior leadership position responsible for ensuring world-class service delivery, operational excellence, and a premium living experience for high-profile residents.


The ideal candidate will combine strong hospitality management expertise with exceptional operational leadership, and will be capable of building and leading a multidisciplinary team to deliver an elevated residential lifestyle that meets the expectations of international clients and executives.


Key Responsibilities


Operations & Service Excellence



  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the residence, ensuring all services meet five-star hospitality standards.

  • Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all departments, including housekeeping, concierge, security, maintenance, and guest relations.

  • Ensure seamless coordination between technical teams, service teams, and management.

  • Conduct regular inspections and quality audits to guarantee exceptional living conditions.


Team Leadership & Performance



  • Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team across departments to deliver exceptional resident service.

  • Recruit, manage, and develop staff, creating a culture of professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement.

  • Set performance standards and KPIs, ensuring the team consistently meets operational and service goals.


Resident Relations & Experience



  • Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, managing relationships with discretion and professionalism.

  • Handle resident feedback, inquiries, and complaints promptly and effectively.

  • Anticipate residents’ needs and implement initiatives to enhance satisfaction and retention.


 Financial & Administrative Oversight



  • Manage budgets, cost controls, and financial reporting for operations and service delivery.

  • Oversee vendor contracts, service provider performance, and procurement activities.

  • Ensure compliance with all legal, safety, and company policies.


Requirements



  • Minimum 5+ years of senior management experience in luxury hotels, serviced residences, or premium residential projects.

  • Proven ability to manage multi-department operations and lead large teams.

  • Strong understanding of hospitality-level service standards and resident experience expectations.

  • Excellnt communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

  • International exposure and experience working with multicultural teams and clientele preferred.


English fluency required.
