Key responsibilities and duties
- Conduct product mix review meetings.
- Prepare washing load plan and monitor sewing load plan.
- Optimize capacity booking and conduct feasibility analysis for new styles to prevent bottlenecks.
- Monitor garment dry and wet process production as per plan.
- Ensure shade band follow-up to maximize washing capacity utilization.
