| Job Description: |
The Oracle ERP Functional is responsible for implementing, supporting, and enhancing Oracle ERP modules to meet business requirements.
- Implement and support Oracle ERP modules such as Finance, Procurement, HR, and Supply Chain Management.
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements for ERP process improvements.
- Configure Oracle ERP applications to align with business needs and workflows.
- Prepare functional design documents for system customization and enhancement.
- Collaborate with developers to design and test custom reports, forms, and interfaces.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure smooth deployment of new functionalities.
- Train end-users and prepare user manuals for Oracle ERP modules.
- Monitor and troubleshoot ERP functional issues in collaboration with technical teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration.
- 4–6 years of functional experience in Oracle ERP (E-Business Suite or Cloud).
- Strong knowledge of Oracle modules related to Finance, HR, SCM, or Procurement.
- Oracle Functional Certification is preferred.
