Horizon Tech is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer experienced in designing print-ready materials,  including marketing collateral, business cards, flyers, brochures, and sublimation designs. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of print production requirements and be able to ensure all designs are prepped for accurate and high-quality output. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, posters, banners, catalogs, and digital ads.
• Create and layout business cards, stationery, and brand identity materials.
• Develop print-ready files that meet specific printer requirements (CMYK, bleed, crop marks, resolution standards, etc.).
• Design artwork for sublimation products (e.g., t-shirts, mugs, packaging, and other promotional items).
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align designs with brand standards and project goals.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Stay updated on design trends, print techniques, and production best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (4+ years) as a Graphic Designer, preferably with a focus on print and marketing materials.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) experience with CorelDRAW is a plus.
• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and branding.
• Experience preparing print-ready and sublimation files.
• Knowledge of file formats, bleeds, resolution, and color modes for professional printing.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently under minimal supervision.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience in digital design (social media graphics, web banners, email templates).
• Basic understanding of prepress or production workflows.
