Job Description:

Million Dials (Private) Limited seeks a motivated Sales Development Representative with at least two years of experience in sales or related roles. This position focuses on generating leads and driving early-stage customer engagement through various outreach methods such as cold calling and email campaigns. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication and negotiation skills and is comfortable working night shifts onsite from 7 PM to 4 AM. A foundational understanding of B2B marketing and sales practices supports success in this role. Familiarity with CRM software and sales engagement platforms enhances efficiency in tracking and managing prospects without team management responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business leads through proactive cold calling, email outreach, and other sales engagement techniques to expand the companys customer base.
  • Utilize CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot to accurately track and manage leads, maintain detailed records, and monitor prospect interactions for efficient lead management.
  • Conduct research to understand potential clients needs and tailor outreach strategies accordingly to build early interest and establish initial relationships.
  • Engage with prospects effectively using clear, confident, and fluent English communication skills to present the companys products and services persuasively.
  • Perform consistent follow-up activities with prospects to nurture leads, schedule appointments, and transition qualified opportunities to the sales team for further development.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align outreach campaigns with broader business goals and support overall B2B sales efforts.
  • Apply negotiation techniques to initiate conversations and handle objections professionally, aiming to secure appointments or advance sales discussions.
  • Leverage email marketing platforms and sales engagement software like Outreach or SalesLoft to optimize communication workflows and increase conversion rates.
  • Maintain a disciplined schedule working the specified night shift onsite, ensuring high productivity and responsiveness during these hours.
  • Continuously enhance skills related to cold calling, email outreach, and B2B communication to improve lead generation performance and contribute to company growth.
